All sales and service fees with 121 AI Labs are considered final once work has begun or access to deliverables has been provided. However, refunds may be considered under certain conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
No significant work has been initiated on your project.
Services were not delivered as described in your agreement or proposal.
Technical issues on our end prevented successful deployment or access to deliverables, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial payment or project start date, whichever comes first.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:
Completed custom AI voice models, scripts, or integrations.
Subscription fees or platform access once service has been activated.
Hours already billed for consulting, development, or voice training.
Third-party software or API costs incurred on your behalf.
Delays or issues caused by client inaction, missing information, or change of project scope.
4. Refund Process

Your full name and company name (if applicable)
The project or service name
Payment details (invoice number or transaction ID)
Reason for requesting the refund
Once received, our team will review the request within 5–10 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
